Tele2 Netherlands was a brand of T-Mobile Netherlands that operated in the Netherlands and Belgium, offering fixed and mobile telephony, broadband internet and digital TV. It began in Europe in 1993 and entered the Dutch market in 1997 as an MVNO, becoming the first Dutch provider of IP-VPN services.

In 2005 Tele2 bought the Dutch arm of Versatel for €1.1 billion. The European Commission approved the deal. In 2006 the Versatel name was replaced by Tele2. By 2009 Tele2 had about 400,000 subscribers and, in 2013, held around 7% of the Dutch market.

In December 2017, T-Mobile Netherlands announced it would buy Tele2 Netherlands from Tele2 AB. After a delay for EU review, the merger was completed in January 2019, and Tele2 AB also acquired a 25% stake in T-Mobile Netherlands as part of the deal. On 7 January 2020, Tele2 Netherlands Holding B.V. was merged into T-Mobile Netherlands, leaving Tele2 as a brand under T-Mobile.

On 5 September 2023, Tele2 and T-Mobile were rebranded under one name, Odido.
