Ulisses Garcia is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Marseille in Ligue 1. Born on January 11, 1996 in Almada, Portugal, he is of Cape Verdean descent and grew up in Switzerland. He is 1.82 meters tall.

Garcia came through the Grasshopper Club Zürich youth system and made his Swiss Super League debut for Grasshoppers on May 18, 2014, against FC Sion. His career includes time with Grasshoppers, Werder Bremen (including Werder Bremen II), and a loan to 1. FC Nürnberg. In 2018, he joined Young Boys in Switzerland, where he played 142 league games and scored 9 goals over six seasons. In January 2024 he signed with Marseille on a four-and-a-half-year deal for about €3 million, and has since made numerous appearances for the club wearing number 6.

Internationally, Garcia represented Switzerland at youth levels (U16, U18, U19, U20, U21) and made his senior Switzerland debut on September 1, 2021 in a 2–1 friendly win over Greece. He has earned 11 senior caps as of June 7, 2025. He is eligible to represent Portugal, Switzerland, or Cape Verde, but has played for Switzerland.
