Tandonia sowerbyi is a keeled, shell-less land slug in the Milacidae family. It is an air-breathing gastropod that grows up to about 80 mm (8 cm) long. It lives in open habitats such as grasslands, shrublands, and gardens, and can be common in fields and farms. This species is native to Europe, probably originally from Greece, and it is now widespread in southeastern and Atlantic Europe. It has not yet established in the United States, but it is considered a potentially serious pest that could threaten agriculture, natural ecosystems, or commerce, and is listed for quarantine consideration in the USA. Its conservation status is Least Concern.
