Tales by Light
Tales by Light is an Australian documentary reality series about photography. It’s a joint project between National Geographic and Canon Australia, produced by Untitled Film Works, and follows professional photographers as they travel the world to capture images that tell a story.
The show first aired on 24 May 2015 on National Geographic. Season 1 has six 30-minute episodes. Season 2 has three 60-minute episodes and began on 25 October 2016. Season 3 has three episodes and aired on Network Ten starting 26 August 2018. Netflix released the series internationally on 11 November 2016. Narration is provided by Jack Thompson in season 1 and Sigrid Thornton in season 2.
