National Party for Reform (French: Parti National pour la Réforme, PNR) is a national political movement in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It was registered by Decree No. 109/2010 on June 15, 2010. The party’s headquarters are in Kinshasa. Its president is Delphin Kyubwa, who lives in California, United States. In the November 2011 parliamentary elections, the PNR won one seat in the National Assembly.
