Swimming at the 2020 Summer Paralympics – Women's 400 metre freestyle S9
Women's 400 metre freestyle S9 at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics took place on 25 August 2021 at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre. Fourteen swimmers from ten nations competed. The eight fastest from the heats advanced to the final. Medals were awarded to: Gold — Lakeisha Patterson (Australia); Silver — Zsofia Konkoly (Hungary); Bronze — Toni Shaw (Great Britain).
