Susana Mabel Malcorra (born 18 November 1954 in Rosario) is an Argentine electrical engineer, co-founder and president of GWL Voices. She served as Argentina’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 10 December 2015 to 12 June 2017, after being chosen by President Mauricio Macri.

Before entering politics, Malcorra held senior roles in the United Nations. She was Under-Secretary-General for Field Support from 2008 to 2012, and then served as Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon's chef de cabinet (chief of staff) from 2012 to late 2016. Ban Ki-moon praised her work when she became a minister.

Her early career was in the private sector. She worked at IBM Argentina starting in 1979, joined Telecom Argentina in 1993, and eventually became CEO in 2001. She also held leadership roles at the World Food Programme, where she was chief operating officer and deputy executive director, overseeing humanitarian operations in more than 80 countries, including the 2004 tsunami response.

As foreign minister, Malcorra helped shift Argentina's foreign policy toward closer ties with the United States and Europe, reviewed Mercosur, and promoted trade and investment. She was considered a candidate to become UN secretary-general in 2017.

Malcorra resigned as foreign minister in May 2017 to move to Madrid to be closer to her family, and was succeeded by Jorge Faurie. Since 2022 she has served on the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, a joint World Bank/WHO body. She studied electrical engineering at the National University of Rosario. She is married and has one son.
