Surface to Stage is a live album by Threshold, released in 2006 as the band's fifth direct-to-fan release on their website. The 72-minute concert was recorded on 17 September 2004 at Z7 in Pratteln, Switzerland, during the Subsurface tour. Produced by Karl Groom and Richard West, it was released on the NSM label. In the band's discography, it follows Replica (2004) and precedes Dead Reckoning (2007). The title is a double meaning, referencing the song Surface to Air from The Wounded Land (1993) and Subsurface.
