Sultan Muhammad (Badakhshan)
Sultan Muhammad (Persian: سلطان محمد) was a 15th-century ruler of Badakhshan. He was overthrown by Abu Sa'id Mirza, who ruled the Timurid Empire and took control of Badakhshan. His family claimed descent from Alexander the Great and said they had ruled Badakhshan for about three thousand years. He had six daughters.
