The Strand Theatre is a historic performing arts venue at 345 Main Street in downtown Rockland, Maine. Built in 1923 after a downtown fire, it is a rare example of Egyptian Revival design and the only one of three era theaters in Rockland that still stands. The brick building has three sections: a two-story front with the lobby, a middle section for the main seating, and a three-story rear for the stage, with a marquee and sign projecting from the facade.

Today, a local nonprofit owns the Strand, and it continues to show films as well as host music and theater performances. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. The Dondis family ran the theater for many years, adapting to changes in movie technology and live entertainment. They sold it in 2000, and the building has since been restored.
