2019 Nadeshiko League: quick recap

The 2019 season was the 31st edition of Japan’s top women’s football league. It ran from 21 March to 3 November 2019, with play-offs on 10 November and 16 November. NTV Beleza won their 14th title and their fifth in a row. Ten teams competed: nine from the previous season plus promoted Iga FC Kunoichi. Nittaidai beat Nippatsu Yokohama FC Seagulls in the play-offs to stay in the league.
