State Road 13 is an IB-class road in northern Serbia that connects Horgoš near the Hungarian border with Belgrade. It runs through Vojvodina and the City of Belgrade, is about 194.8 km long, and is maintained by JP "Putevi Srbije." The route starts at Horgoš on the E75 and ends in Belgrade on the E70, with key junctions at several towns along the way: 100 near Horgoš, 102 in Kanjiža, 103 in Novi Kneževac, 105 in Čoka, 15 in Kikinda, 117 in Bašaid, 116 in Melenci, 12 in Zrenjanin, 130 in Ečka, 129 near Perlez, and 131 near Čenta before reaching Belgrade. It passes through the North Banat, Central Banat districts and the City of Belgrade. Before the 2013 reclassification, the road had various names (O 10, M 22.1, P 119, P 111, P 112, M 24, M 3, M 24.1; or 102, 11, 104 after 2012). The road is mainly two lanes, except for the Kovilovo interchange – Belgrade section, which is a six-lane dual carriageway. The Space Plan for Serbia does not plan an upgrade to a motorway, so the road will remain in its current state.
