Town Square is an outdoor mixed‑use center in Enterprise, Nevada, about a mile south of the Las Vegas Strip. It sits on roughly 100 acres and has about 1.5 million square feet of space, including offices above the retail area. The project features brick and stone buildings, palm-lined streets, and a large landscaped area with a 9,000-square-foot children's park. It houses more than 125 shops and services and several dining and entertainment options. An AMC Theatres cinema and The Container Store have been anchors, with other notable retailers such as Apple Store, H&M, Whole Foods Market, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Abercrombie & Fitch, Old Navy, and Raider Image. A 21,000-square-foot TJ Maxx opened in 2019, and there is a Raiders stadium preview center on site.

Town Square opened on November 14, 2007, after development by Centra Properties and Turnberry Associates. It was built by Marnell Corrao Associates, designed by Development Design Group and Alan J. Mayer Architect, and cost about $750 million. A flyover ramp was built to help traffic flow onto Las Vegas Boulevard.

The property has gone through ownership changes. During the late 2000s and early 2010s, lenders foreclosed during the Great Recession, and Forest City Enterprises managed the center for a period. In January 2017, Town Square was sold to the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) and Fairbourne Properties, with Fairbourne taking over management. Dornin Investment Group bought the remaining Turnberry office space in 2018.

Over the years Town Square has added more dining options, including Yard House and Fleming’s in 2014. GameWorks operated there for a time but closed in 2021. In 2024, Flecha, a Mexican restaurant by actor Mark Wahlberg, opened, and PopStroke, a mini‑golf concept by Tiger Woods, opened for Nevada’s first location. Town Square has also hosted entertainment such as Shear Madness (briefly in 2009) and Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar (2009–2012).

There have been discussions of adding a hotel (about 270 rooms) on the site, but as of 2022 no hotel had been built.
