Stacy Collins
Stacy Collins (born September 10, 1975) is an American football coach at Boise State University, where he serves as assistant head coach, special teams coordinator and linebackers coach in the Mountain West Conference. He was born in Sutherlin, Oregon, and played linebacker at Western Oregon from 1993 to 1997.
Collins began his coaching career at Western Oregon (1998–2001) and also served as defensive coordinator for the Vienna Vikings in Austria (1999–2001). He later held multiple roles at many schools, including head coach at the South Dakota School of Mines (2012–2015; two winning seasons) and positions at Western Washington, Idaho State, Southern Oregon, Central Washington, Portland State, Utah State and Penn State. He previously coached at Boise State in 2021, then spent 2022–23 at Penn State before returning to Boise State in 2024 as assistant head coach, special teams coordinator and linebackers coach. Collins and his wife Mandi have four daughters: Kayla, Mackenzie, Kylee and Mackenna.
