Patricia Hill is a New Zealand Paralympic athlete who competed in para athletics. She represented New Zealand at three Summer Paralympic Games: 1980 Arnhem, 1984 New York & Stoke Mandeville, and 1988 Seoul. In 1980, she won a gold medal in Slalom 2, a silver in the 200m 2, and a bronze in the 400m 2. In 1984, she won a gold medal in Slalom 2 and silver medals in Marathon 2 and Pentathlon 2. In 1988, she won bronze medals in Marathon 2 and Slalom 3.
