Spark Alliance (Spark Alliance HK) is an organization that paid bail for people arrested in connection with the 2019–2020 Hong Kong protests. Its leadership is not publicly known.

In October 2019, HSBC opened a deposit account called Prime Management Service Ltd. to raise funds for Spark Alliance, but HSBC said the account violated its rules and gave 30 days to clear the funds.

This move by HSBC triggered protests, with some branches vandalized and a petition asking the United States to block HSBC from doing business in the U.S.

On December 19, 2019, Hong Kong police seized about HK$70 million in deposits linked to Spark Alliance and arrested several people accused of money laundering.
