Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital (RRMCH) is a private medical college and hospital in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It was started in 1992 by the Moogambigai Charitable and Educational Trust, which aims to promote education in medicine, engineering, and other sciences with a focus on health.

The college sits on a 25-acre campus on Mysuru Road in South-West Bengaluru. RRMCH is approved by the National Medical Commission and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and is affiliated to a deemed university in Karnataka.

Hospital and services
- Super-specialty clinics: cardiology, plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, pediatric surgery, endocrinology, neurology, and nephrology.

- The college runs a fleet of buses for students and two battery-powered vehicles.
- RRMCH is a member of the International Medical Sciences Academy (IMSA).
