Southland Mall is a regional shopping mall in the Whitehaven area of South Memphis, Tennessee. It opened in 1966 and was the Mid-South’s first enclosed mall. The mall has more than 60 stores and is owned and managed by Namdar Realty Group. It covers about 220,000 square feet of space on one floor. The two anchor stores, Macy's and Sears, are now vacant. Macy's announced its closing on January 9, 2015 and closed in spring 2015. Sears announced in November 2018 that it would close in February 2019, leaving the mall without an anchor.
