Skold
Skold is the debut solo album by Tim Skold, released on July 29, 1996. It’s an industrial rock record that lasts 42 minutes and 25 seconds and was released by RCA. The album was produced by Scott Humphrey and Tim Skold, and all songs were written by Skold. The track “Chaos” was used in the video game Twisted Metal 4 and in the film Universal Soldier: The Return. “Hail Mary” is on the Disturbing Behavior soundtrack. Critics note that the lyrics try to tap into dark tones similar to Nine Inch Nails, but the music is often interesting and Skold knows how to rock. Overall, the album is good, though not groundbreaking.
