Hugo Rosák (16 October 1916 – 5 August 1982) was a Czech speedway rider. He won the Czechoslovak Championship four times: 1949, 1954, 1955 and 1956. Born in Konárovice, Bohemia (then part of Austria-Hungary), he died at age 65. In the 1950 Individual Speedway World Championship, he and Jan Lucák were refused permission to leave Czechoslovakia.
