Sion is a small commune in the Gers department in southwestern France, in the Occitanie region. It is part of the Grand-Bas-Armagnac area in the Condom arrondissement.

The commune covers 17.05 square kilometers. In 2023, 99 people lived there, giving a population density of about 14 inhabitants per square kilometer. The elevation ranges from 92 to 166 meters above sea level (average around 140 meters).
