Sibley is a ghost town in Cloud County, Kansas, United States. It sits north of Concordia near the Republican River. Founded in 1869, it was named after Lake Sibley. In 1870, it competed to be the county seat but lost in a runoff to Concordia. Today the town is abandoned and the land is privately owned and used for farming.
