Shau Kei Wan Government Secondary School (SGSS) is a co-educational government secondary school in Hong Kong. It is located at 42 Chai Wan Road, Chai Wan Gap. The school was established in 1961 and teaches in English.

At first, SGSS shared a building with Clementi Middle School in Fortress Hill. Its own campus on Chai Wan Road opened in autumn 1964. The new building was designed by the Architectural Office of the Public Works Department and cost HK$2,707,200.

During the 2019–20 protests, students from SGSS and nearby schools joined a citywide strike, walking to school with protest banners and chanting slogans including "Five Demands, Not One Less" and "Hong Kongers, revenge" (a reference to Chow Tsz-lok’s death).

In February 2021, about 130 Form 6 students and 10 staff members were quarantined after spending time in an exam hall with two students who later tested positive for COVID-19, raising questions about school reopening.
