Chiang Mai FC, also known as Chiangmai and formerly Chiang Mai United, is a Thai football club from Chiang Mai Province in the north of Thailand. They play at Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium, which holds about 5,000 fans. The club was founded in 1999 as the Sports Association of Chiang Mai Province Football Club.

They spent the early years in the Thailand Provincial League. In 2009 the team restructured with a new badge, new management and the nickname The Lanna Tigers. They finished 9th in the Northern Region, then won the region the following year and earned promotion to Thai Division 1, where they played in 2011 for one season. After a period of ups and downs and leadership changes, including president Udonpan Jantaraviroj stepping down in 2016, the club continued on.
