PK-109 Upper South Waziristan

PK-109 Upper South Waziristan is a constituency of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly in Pakistan, covering the Upper South Waziristan District. It was created in 2019 after the merger of the former FATA area with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, making provincial elections possible for the first time. The seat was created from PK-113 South Waziristan-I (2019-2023). The current member is Hafiz Isam Uddin of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F). In the 2019 elections, Isam Uddin won with 9,712 votes.
