The Serbia U19 women’s volleyball team represents Serbia in international competitions for players aged 19 and under. It is managed by the Serbian Volleyball Federation and is part of both the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) and the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV).
Competition history
- FIVB U19 World Championship: Serbia has competed in this world event several times since 2007. Its best result is a silver medal as runners-up in 2009.
- Europe U18/U17 Championship: Serbia has had strong performances, finishing as runners-up in 2007, 2009 and 2015, with other top finishes in various editions.
2015 squad (World Championship)
The team’s roster for the 2015 tournament included captain Katarina Lazović and players such as Ana Martinović, Ana Jakšić, Tijana Milojević, Ljubica Milojević, Jovana Kocić, Anastasija Sekulić, Anđela Veselinović, Tamara Radmilović, Anja Ašonja, Tijana Stojković, and others. The head coach was Jovo Caković. Players came from clubs like Vizura Beograd, Crvena Zvezda Beograd, ŽOK Partizan Vizura, and others.
