Serans is a small rural commune in northern France, in the Oise department of the Hauts-de-France region. It is part of the Beauvais arrondissement and Chaumont-en-Vexin canton, and belongs to the Vexin Thelle intercommunality. The town covers 18.79 square kilometers and had a population of 184 in 2023, giving a density of about 21 people per square kilometer. Elevation ranges from 95 to 212 meters above sea level.
