Thomas “Nogga” Norgren (born 8 December 1961) is a Swedish curler and curling coach. He won the European Championship in 1987 and earned a bronze medal at the World Championship in 1989. He also competed for Sweden at the World Championships in 1989 and 2002 and at the European Championship in 1987. Norgren curls for CK Skvadern, Timrå CK and Frösö-Oden CK. He was inducted into the Swedish Curling Hall of Fame in 1995.
