Seabrook is an unincorporated, planned beach town in Grays Harbor County, Washington. It was founded in 2004 by Casey and Laura Roloff and is built on the idea of New Urbanism, aiming to create a walkable community with homes, shops, and amenities close together. The town has a town hall, a Montessori school, and 18 parks as of 2023. Most homes are vacation rentals. A grocery store and a small business district opened in 2023. A major expansion began in 2023, adding about 1,300 homes and a hotel, with completion planned for 2025. Future plans include a medical clinic, a school, and a regenerative farm.
