Scedella dissoluta
Scedella dissoluta is a species of fruit fly in the Tephritidae family. It belongs to the genus Scedella. The scientific name is Scedella dissoluta, described by Loew in 1861. It has also been named Trypeta dissoluta (Loew, 1861) and Euribia tristrigata (Bezzi, 1918). This species is found in parts of Africa, including Eritrea, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and Namibia. It is part of the Tephritini tribe within the Tephritinae subfamily.
