JAPW Light Heavyweight Championship
The JAPW Light Heavyweight Championship was a title in Jersey All Pro Wrestling. It began on December 5, 1997, when Rik Rachet defeated Chino Martinez in a tournament final to become the first champion.
Throughout its history, there were 28 reigns shared by 23 wrestlers, with eight vacancies. Azrieal had the most reigns with four. The longest single reign was Kenny Omega at 1,280 days, while the shortest was Nick Berk at 21 days.
The title was briefly retired in 2006 when the New Jersey State Championship was reactivated; Frankie Kazarian was champion at that time. After the title was later reactivated, Prince Mustafa Ali became champion. It was retired again when JAPW closed, with Archadia as the last champion.
