Say Goodbye, Maggie Cole is a 1972 American made-for-television drama film directed by Jud Taylor. It stars Susan Hayward as a widowed doctor who joins a colleague’s Chicago slum clinic and befriends a dying girl. The cast also includes Darren McGavin, Michael Constantine, Michele Nichols, Dane Clark, Beverly Garland, and Jeanette Nolan.

The movie was produced for ABC and was intended to be the first of three pictures Hayward would make for Aaron Spelling. The score is by Hugo Montenegro, and Dusty Springfield recorded an original song for the film, a rarity for a TV movie. The running time is 73 minutes.
