Cheated Hearts is a 1921 American silent drama directed by Hobart Henley. It stars Herbert Rawlinson as Barry Gordon, Warner Baxter as Tom Beekman, Marjorie Daw as Muriel Beekman, and Boris Karloff. The screenplay by Wallace Clifton is based on the novel Barry Gordon by William F. Payson. The story follows two Virginia brothers who love the same woman.

Barry is a carefree drinker who thinks Muriel loves his brother Tom. When Tom is believed lost in Morocco, Barry travels to North Africa and agrees to exchange places with Tom to win his freedom from captors. Muriel and her father arrive; Tom is released, but Barry faces danger. Barry escapes a cave with help from Naomi, a native girl who dies helping him. In the village, Muriel realizes Barry is the better man and marries him after he vows to quit drinking.

The film was shot at Universal City, released by Universal Pictures on December 12, 1921. It runs about 50 minutes (five reels) and is silent with English intertitles. Cheated Hearts is now considered a lost film.
