Sidambarampillai P. Vythilingam (born 2 April 1903) was a Ceylonese tea planter and politician. He was elected to the 1st State Council of Ceylon in 1931 to represent Talawakelle and was re-elected unopposed to the 2nd State Council in 1936. In 1952 he was appointed by Governor-General Viscount Soulbury, on the recommendation of Prime Minister Dudley Senanayake, to the Second Parliament as the representative for Ceylonese Indians, serving until 1956. He was a long-time hill-country Tamil loyalist within the United National Party. His appointment was opposed by the Ceylon Indian Congress, which argued they should represent the Indian community rather than a single individual.
