Mangal Sein

Mangal Sein (1927–1990) was a BJP leader from Haryana. He served as the deputy chief minister of Haryana from 1977 to 1979. Sein was elected to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from Rohtak seven times. He also led the Haryana state unit of the BJP, which grew from the Jan Sangh.
