São João das Lampas is a former civil parish in Sintra, Lisbon District, Portugal. In 2013 it merged with Terrugem to form the new parish São João das Lampas e Terrugem. In 2011 the population was 11,392 and the area was 57.5 square kilometers. It is located in the Lisbon region and metropolitan area, within the municipality of Sintra. The coordinates are 38.870°N, 9.421°W. The time zone is Western European Time (UTC+0) and Western European Summer Time (UTC+1).
