Rural Municipality of Kutawa No. 278 was a rural area in Saskatchewan, Canada. It had a population of 221 in 2006. It was dissolved on January 1, 2004 and absorbed by the Rural Municipality of Mount Hope. The area was surrounded by other municipalities and contained unincorporated communities. It was located at approximately 51°25′00″N 104°20′02″W.
