Romain Mornet (born 8 November 1997) is a French middle-distance and cross-country runner based in Laval, Mayenne. When he isn’t racing, he works as a supply teacher in physical education.

Key achievements:
- 2022: Bronze in the mixed relay at the European Cross Country Championships in Turin (with Mouchet, Habz and Bourgoin).
- 2023: Personal best in the 1500m, 3:34.29, at Montesson; selected to represent France at the European Athletics Team Championships in Silesia.
- 2024: French indoor champion in the 1500m; part of France’s mixed relay team at the World Cross Country Championships in Belgrade (finished 6th); French champion in the 1500m; reached the 1500m final at the European Championships in Rome (11th).
- 2025: Personal best in the 1500m, 3:31.62, at the Meeting de Paris; qualified for the final of the 3000m at the European Indoor Championships in Apeldoorn; semi-finalist in the 1500m at the World Championships in Tokyo.
