Rogelio Lazo Singson (born September 16, 1948) is a Filipino industrial engineer, businessman, and public servant. He was Secretary of Public Works and Highways from 2010 to 2016 under President Benigno Aquino III. Before that, he led Maynilad Water Services as president and CEO (2007–2010). From 1998 to 2002 he chaired the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, turning former military bases like Clark, Subic, Fort Bonifacio, John Hay, and Poro Point into business zones and freeports. He later served as Senior Vice President for Business Development at Citadel Holdings (2002–2007) and held various leadership roles in other companies and government-owned corporations. In September 2025, President Bongbong Marcos appointed him to the Independent Commission for Infrastructure to review infrastructure projects; he resigned in December 2025 due to stress and age. He was born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur; studied at the University of the Philippines Diliman; is married to Isabel Singson; and is a member of Ang Ligaya ng Panginoon, a Catholic group.
