2023 Asian Women's Junior Handball Championship
The 2023 Asian Women's Junior Handball Championship was the 17th edition of the tournament. It was held from 30 June to 9 July 2023 in Hong Kong, at the Kowloon Park Sports Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. Ten teams from the Asian Handball Federation competed. South Korea won the title, their 16th, with China finishing as runners-up. Japan took third place and Chinese Taipei finished fourth. A total of 29 matches were played, with 1,681 goals scored (about 57.97 per match). Kim Min-seo was named the Best Player. The tournament also served as the qualifier for the 2024 Women's Junior World Handball Championship. The draw was held on 3 February 2023 at the Olympic House in Hong Kong. Teams were seeded according to the AHF regulations and the previous edition's rankings, with teams that did not participate last edition placed in Pot 4. All times were local (UTC+8).
