Robert Anthony Woodard II (born September 22, 1999) is an American basketball forward who last played for the Delaware Blue Coats in the NBA G League. He played college basketball at Mississippi State from 2018 to 2020.

Woodard grew up in Mississippi and starred at Columbus High School, helping his team win two state titles and earning Mississippi Gatorade Player of the Year honors twice. A four-star recruit, he chose Mississippi State. As a freshman he averaged 5.5 points and 4.1 rebounds, and as a sophomore 11.4 points and 6.5 rebounds, including a 21-point, 16-rebound game against New Orleans. After his sophomore season, he declared for the NBA draft and was selected 40th overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in 2020, then traded to the Sacramento Kings.

In the NBA, Woodard spent time with the Kings and their G League affiliates (Austin Spurs, Stockton Kings) and later had stints with the Iowa Wolves and Oklahoma City Blue. He signed a two-way contract with the San Antonio Spurs in 2022 and briefly joined the Oklahoma City Thunder in the preseason. He played overseas for ADA Blois in France and Maroussi in Greece before returning to the G League with the Memphis Hustle in 2024 and being traded to the Delaware Blue Coats in 2025. The Maine Celtics later signed him in December 2025.

Internationally, Woodard won a gold medal with the United States at the 2015 FIBA Americas U16 Championship, averaging 5.6 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. His father, Robert Woodard Sr., was a standout Mississippi high school scorer who played at Mississippi State.
