Mac Hippenhammer (born November 5, 1998) is an American former football wide receiver. He played college football at Penn State and Miami University in Ohio.

Growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he attended R. Nelson Snider High School, where he played football and baseball. A three-star recruit, he chose Penn State to play both football and baseball. He redshirted in 2017. In 2018, he appeared in 12 games with 6 receptions for 103 yards and 1 touchdown. In 2019, he played 8 games with 1 catch for 15 yards.

In 2020, Hippenhammer transferred to Miami (OH) to continue playing both sports. He appeared in 1 game that year for 5 yards. In 2021, he played 12 games with 12 receptions for 48 yards and 5 touchdowns. His best season came in 2022, with 13 games, 54 receptions, 769 yards, and 9 touchdowns. He earned All-MAC honors, being named Third-team in 2021 and Second-team in 2022.

After going undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft, Hippenhammer signed a three-year, $2.695 million contract with the Cincinnati Bengals on May 13, 2023. He was waived on August 30, 2023.
