Rivers State Ministry of Agriculture
Rivers State Ministry of Agriculture is a government department in Rivers State, Nigeria. It sets policies and rules for farming, with the aim of securing food, boosting rural economies, and protecting the environment. Rivers State is one of the country’s leading agricultural producers. The ministry is led by Commissioner Onimim Jacks, with Permanent Secretary Otonyetarie Okoye and Director of Agriculture Comfort Monima Daddy-West. Its headquarters are on the 6th Floor of the State Secretariat in Port Harcourt.
