Rise, Inc. is a US nonprofit civil rights group. It works with state legislatures and the U.S. Congress to put in place laws that protect survivors of sexual assault, including a Sexual Assault Survivors' Rights Act.

Amanda Nguyen is the founder and president. She started Rise in November 2014 after being raped in 2013 while she was in college in Massachusetts. She led the organization in her spare time until September 2016. Everyone who works with Rise volunteers, and the group raises money through GoFundMe.

The name Rise reflects the idea that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can rise up and change the world. The Sexual Assault Survivors' Rights Act was enacted in October 2016.
