Richard T. Cooney

Richard T. Cooney (October 25, 1933 – November 27, 2014) was an American businessman and politician from New Hampshire. He was born in Cranston, Rhode Island, served in the U.S. Army, and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s degree from Northwestern University. He worked for Bell Laboratories and lived in Salem, New Hampshire. He served as a Republican in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1996 to 2006. He died in Salem, New Hampshire.
