The Regional Government of Castile and León, or Junta de Castilla y León (JCyL), is the executive and regulatory authority of the Castile and León region in Spain. It is responsible for governing and administering the autonomous community.

The government is led by the President, who is chosen by the Cortes of Castile and León. The President can be removed if the Cortes lose majority support and has the power to appoint and dismiss ministers. The President coordinates the Junta and represents the community. The presidency sits at the School of the Assumption in Valladolid, with its original 1902 blueprints attributed to Santiago Guadilla. The President’s term lasts for the legislature (usually four years) and can be renewed without a term limit.

The Junta includes one or more vice-presidents and ministers (consejeros). Each ministry is headed by a minister appointed by the President and organized into departments, with a general secretary and other offices. Some ministries also have vice ministers.

In 2015, Decree No. 2/2015 defined the current organizational structure of the Junta.

There is also a supreme advisory body called the Council, which has five members (three elected by the Cortes and two chosen by the Council). It operates in Zamora and offers non-binding opinions to the government.
