Rasoul Navidkia (Persian: رسول نویدکیا), born December 21, 1983 in Isfahan, Iran, is an Iranian footballer who played as a central midfielder. He is the younger brother of Moharram Navidkia, who was his teammate at Sepahan.

Navidkia started his career with Sepahan’s youth team and went on to play for several Iranian clubs:
