Rosario Victoria Urban Medel (born 13 March 1997) is an Argentine handball player who plays as a right wing for Jeanne d’Arc Dijon Handball and the Argentine national team. She is 1.67 meters tall and wears number 22 at her club. Her professional career started with CB Atlético Guardés (2016–2021), and since 2021 she has played for Dijon in France.

For the national team, she has made 47 appearances and scored 87 goals. She represented Argentina at the 2017 World Women’s Handball Championship. She trained early on at Sagrado Corazón Handball Club in Florencio Varela, Buenos Aires.
