Raqesh Bapat, born Rakesh Bapat on 1 September 1978 in Amravati, Maharashtra, is an Indian actor and model. He started in films with Tum Bin (2001) after a director noticed him in a toothpaste advertisement, and later acted in movies such as Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai (2005) and Vrundavan (2016). He also appears in Marathi cinema, including Savita Damodar Paranjpe (2018). On television, he is known for Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar (2005–2008), Seven – The Ashvamedha Prophecy (2010–2011), Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak? (2010–2012), Qubool Hai (2014), Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant (2016–2017), and Tu Aashiqui (2018). He participated in Nach Baliye 6 (2013) with his then-wife Riddhi Dogra.

Personal life: He was married to Riddhi Dogra from 2011 to 2019. He began dating Shamita Shetty in 2021, but they split in 2022. On reality TV, he was the third runner-up on Bigg Boss OTT in 2021 and later joined Bigg Boss 15 as a wildcard, but left the show on Day 40 due to medical reasons. He was ranked 16th in The Times of India’s Top 20 Most Desirable Men of Maharashtra in 2017. He has also won a junior national award for painting.
