Caldwell, born Christian Wesley Caldwell on July 18, 1839, in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, was an American politician who served in the South Carolina House of Representatives during the Reconstruction era, representing Orangeburg County. He died on November 21, 1921, in Columbia, South Carolina.
